I created an account, but when I log in, I don't see the information that's been shared with me.

Most often, this is due to signing up for Everplans using a different email from the one that your deputy invitation was sent to. Please confirm with the sender that the email address they used for your invitation is the same one you signed up with.

If it is different, the sender will need to add you again using the correct email address. You will then receive a new email invite.
