How do I report a technical problem or bug?

Our team continuously reviews and prioritizes these reports and in many cases will reach out to you for more information to help track down the problem.  The more specific you can be when you tell us about your problem, the quicker we are likely to troubleshoot and fix it.

  • What were you trying to do
  • Specifically what happened, including the specific error message you may have seen
  • What operating system, browser type and version you were using
  • Screenshots of the problem (if you were able to take any)
